So Vitaly’s in trouble again. Surprise? Not really.
April 3. Manila. The guy behind every cringey prank your cousin probably reposted on Facebook… cuffed. Arrested. Hauled in like a dude who thought YouTube clout could override international law.
The charges? Unjust vexation (real thing), alarm and scandal (that’s two separate charges apparently), and oh—attempted theft. What was he trying to steal? No clue. Probably peace and quiet. Mission accomplished.
NEW: Russian Vlogger Vitaly Faces Charges in Philippines; Declared ‘Undesirable Alien’ by Interior Chief

He was supposed to get deported. One-way flight out. Little stamp on the passport, back to the content farm. But nah. Not this time.
Philippine officials hit the brakes. Said he’s not getting out that easy. No first-class exit. No handshake on the way out. He’s staying. And he’s facing charges inside the country.

Also… they called him an “undesirable alien.” Not a sci-fi villain. Not a Marvel extra. Just a loud dude with a camera. And “kupal content”—that’s a direct quote from the Department of the Interior. Kupal. Go ahead, Google it. Kinda sums up the whole thing.

No influencer immunity here. No clout card. Just Vitaly in a foreign legal system, sitting in a cell, probably wondering how it all went sideways during a livestream.
Unseen clip of Vitaly being reckless in the Philippines being another reason for his arrest 😳

From streaking World Series games to pyramid climbing in Egypt, the guy’s built a brand on chaos. This time? The chaos bit back.
