Vancouver! Who knew y’all had it in you? Rick Ross, the Boss himself, had a night to remember (or forget) at Sunday’s Ignite Music Festival. Picture this: the show’s going off, Rozay’s killing it on stage, then BAM – we’ve got ourselves a full-blown melee.

Here’s the play-by-play. After a killer performance, around 10:30 PM, Rick decides to step off stage and mingle with the crowd. Now, we all know Vancouverites are usually chill, but something was in the air last night. Ross gets into a heated exchange with some dudes – and we’re talking DEFCON 1 levels of heated here.

Apparently, the beef kicked off because these guys weren’t feeling the choice to close the set with Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.” I mean, really? We’re gonna throw hands over Kendrick now? Only in Canada, folks.
Next thing you know, words are flying, tensions are high, and then BOOM – Rick Ross and these dudes are throwing punches like it’s a Mayweather fight. And, as luck would have it, the whole thing’s caught on film. TMZ, eat your heart out.
No word yet on any injuries or arrests, but one thing’s for sure – Vancouver got a whole lot more than they bargained for when they bought tickets to see Rick Ross.
